Commercial Application Requirements
New Construction
Seven (7)* sets of plans with one (1) set of specifications. Applications for any projects involving food require an additional set of plans be provided for the County Health Department.
Alteration/Add-Ons
Six (6)* sets of plans with one (1) set of specifications. Applications for any projects involving food require an additional set of plans be provided for the County Health Department.
Each application shall be accompanied by the following plans drawn to scale:
- Plot Plan
- Floor Plan (including details, sections and elevations)
- Interior finish including door schedule
- Structural
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Mechanical
If your property is unplatted, a copy of the deed is required.
If you will have a private Sewer system a DEQ signed copy of the DEQ Form #641-581 is required.
*If your property is in the Urban District you will need to submit an additional set of plans. Call (405) 359-4780 to determine if you are in an Urban District.
