Residential Application Requirements
Residential Construction applicants will need to submit one (1) set* of the following plans drawn to scale:
- Plot Plan (No larger than 11 x 17)
- Engineered Footing design
- Floor Plan
- Elevation
If your property is unplatted, a copy of the deed is required.
If you will have a private Sewer system a DEQ signed copy of the DEQ Form #641-581 is required.
