The Purchasing Division of Financial Services is responsible for procuring goods and services for all City departments and performing these purchases in accordance with state and local requirements.
Our Web site is designed to provide vendors with the information needed to do business with the City of Edmond. We encourage you to monitor the Bid Opportunity page and the City Auctions page, as these are updated on a regular basis.
It is also important for all vendors — even those previously registered in the City's prior system — to register. The new online vendor registration system allows you to update your information at any time and to receive notifications of bid opportunities in the commodities selected during registration.
