Edmond Electric Energy Efficient (E4) Home
The E4 Home is a new concept in energy efficient construction that goes beyond Energy Star certification. The home will provide homebuyers an affordable, comfortable and sustainable home.
The environmentally-friendly home will cost less to operate and maintain which means significant savings in energy costs over the life of the home.
Groundbreaking for the E4 Home was September 8, 2008. The home is currently under construction and expected to be completed in January or February, depending on weather.
The E4 Home is located at 3716 Bonaire Place in the Cottages at Stone Bridge, south of 33rd and Boulevard.
