If you placed an order for the 2019 event, please pick-up your order on Saturday March 9th from 8am-2pm at the City of Edmond's Cross Timbers Municipal Complex at 2012 Old Timbers Dr. 

If you need to schedule an alternate pick-up day and time, please contact the Event Coordinator. After the event, all remaining orders will be moved to the City of Edmond's Planning and Public Works Building at 10 S Littler Ave. You may schedule an alternate pick-up time during the City's normal business hours: 
7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, and
7:30am-11:30am Friday

Edmond Order Deadlines:

  • 2019 Mail-in order deadline: Wednesday February 27, 2019
  • 2019 Online order deadline: Sunday March 3, 2019

Volunteer Opportunity:

  • If interested in volunteering for this event, please visit the sign-up page HERE! A letter on City of Edmond letterhead confirming volunteer hours will be provided upon request for participating students.
