Meeting / Space Rental

The Festival Market Place is a great pavilion for groups or individuals to have fundraising events and would also be a wonderful place for family reunions, weddings and receptions, concerts, craft shows, and more. It is a 63 foot by 142 foot open-air pavilion with water, electricity, ceiling fans, plaza area, and public restrooms. It is available for rent except during the Farmers Market, some holidays** or other scheduled events. Below are the rental rates:

**The pavilion is not available to rent Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eveand New Year's Day, Farmers Market Season. This list is not inclusive, call for availability.

Peak Availability

  • Peak Availability is April 15 – October 31
  • Off Peak Availability is November 1 – April 14
Please Note: A clean-up deposit equal to the rental rate is required. For all non-profit rentals, proof of official 501(c) status must be provided.
